The TPNS admin system is a client software that allows a company administrator to manage his own taxi-company, this includes but
not limited to monitoring all taxis, checking status of each car, sending and receiving messages, assigning orders, or tracking
each car on a GPS map, showing all concurrent cars at the same time.
The TPNS admin-system can function from anywhere in the world, as long as there is an internet connection, the communication is very
compact and developed in binary to reduce traffic/bandwidth costs. It is also encrypted at all times with a custom-strong-encrytion
to ensure that all messages and data are sent to and from the admin without any man-in-the-middle attacks.
As one of the system features, more than one admin system can be installed and working at the same time. There is no limit on how many
Admin-systems can be installed other than what's set by the company-owner / administrator. The admin can be programmed to monitor-only or
to have more privilege access to allow system modification if required depending on the "unlock" function within the system.
As an advantage, an admin-system communicates to all cars with secure-messaging digitally; a client would know which admin currently sent
the message by reading the message header, and also the admin can see which driver sent the message to reduce the time and energy on
un-necessary broadcasting to all drivers when it's not needed. Though, an admin can broadcast a message if required. Imagine, in the old /
trivial systems where a driver communicates with the station via an analog radio; a station-admin would be confused as to who sent the voice
or who to reply to, and also asking to repeat when the message isn't clear, thanks to the TPNS system, this is all history now since it's all
logged from a central server and available to the admin and all cars whenever needed at a touch of a button without wasting any time.
One of the very good features of TPNS, is that an admin can be either someone sitting on his desk managing all cars, taking orders, processing
items etc, or a person sitting at the other side of the world doing exactly the same thing with absolutely no difference in functions nor
performance. Or more to it; Both: where the company owner assigns a deputy to manage all taxis from a local copy of the TPNS-Admin system to run
the business, while also using his laptop abroad to keep an eye on the business using a second copy of the TPNS-Admin system, this is one of the
most useful features of the system and our customers are very happy using it.
By just glancing at the current cars screen, an admin can quickly tell which taxi is currently working (live) and which driver is assigned to that
taxi, also the system displays updated information about which city/street/location the car is currently in. Also, as an advantage; f something is
wrong with a taxi (breakdown / theft / loss of signal), the admin would have on his screen details on the last time a car sent it's signal and where
was is it at the time. This gives an company owner a clear piece of mind to ensure that he/she would always know everything about their cars when
needed.
As we know; the main job of a taxi-controller would be to receive phone calls from customers and then assign them to cars. The taxi-controller would
usually speak to the customer ask him where does he want's to go, and then raido his taxis to see who is the closest one to the location. This has worked
ok in the past for small taxi-companies, however, based on the number of taxis involved in a large company, reception / area coverage, voice reception
clarity and how fast the taxi is driving and more, all can make the administration of such a big company a quite challenging and difficult task. With
the arrival of Taxi-TPNS, the admin would then receive a call from the customer in the same way, and then create the order into the system as they hear it
from the customer, once the admin has submitted the order, the server would then broadcast the order to all free cars leaving the occupied ones and the ones
that are considered too far to pick the customer up, the server would also give the option to the customer to press a button indicating how far do they think
it might take to drive into the pickup location. within 20 seconds, the server would then decide who is the best car to pick the order, and then assign the
order straight away, which makes the job of a taxi-controller today a very easy and non-stressful task which can be done by even admins with no previous
knowledge on how the taxi-business works or even need to know more details about the city geographically, as this is all done by the server and it's knowledge
of all GPS taxi clients.
A TPNS-Admin has total control over their company card scheme, and is allowed to top-up, add, remove, delete, change discount etc for all company custom cards.
The system has an Audit-trail logs for all card transactions including top-up, spending, etc, this includes any changes made by the admin, this is to ensure
that all these transactions can be audited at the end of the day by the company owner and also to reduce any mistakes that might occur when an admin top-up the
wrong card.
Since the Admin system is compatible with all windows version today, it is totally mobile, and not only can be used from a fixed PC or a laptop, it
can also be installed however on the car system itself to manage all taxis remotely as if the admin is also one of the Taxi drivers. This can be very productive when
your company is running in a small-scale size (i.e. less than 10 Taxis in total). Installing the admin into a can would give exactly the same functionality
to administer the company from card-procesing, communications, order-assignments, GPS tracking etc.
As an additional enhancement to V2, a TPNS-Admin can check and export all taxi jobs completed by each driver in real-time, without having to wait until the driver
finishes his own shift to manually submit this information to the admin, since each transaction is logged in to the server upon each completion of a job. The admin
would then know what the driver has done so far, who has he driven, how much money did he managed to make, and the number of card-transaction he completed, which
is extremely useful to enable the admin to predict how much to wages pay to the taxi-driver before the driver even ask for it, and also the calculation is very
accurate, as it can be exported into an Excel sheet at any time required if necessary.
With the new Taxi TPNS V2, the system has a 4th component (Web Customers), whereas each customer can have a custom-login into a website, and can order a taxi
with a click of a button, once ordered, the web-customer can monitor the taxi that has been assigned to drive. A TPNS admin can create, modify and delete these
web-customers and can also assign them different discount-cards at the admin's discretion, which is one of the nice neat features of Taxi TPNS V2.
There are a lot more integrated features into the system, as the system has much more features to show, a demo can be booked if required, please
contact us if you require more information or if you like to have a live system demonstration.
